Are your tours private or do we join a group?

We offer guided tours of Seville and excursions of both types. On our website, the private tours page and the private excursions page are for your group of friends, family, or for yourself. You will not be visiting with strangers, and therefore we are flexible in adapting to your requests. These are tours that are tailored to you and your loved ones.

On the other hand, our website has a page for daily tours and another for daily excursions. These are visits in which you will join a group made up of other people who have booked the activity. You will take the tour with people you don’t know, and normally it is not possible to offer as much flexibility as on a private tour.

Yes, to make a reservation on our website, you must make a payment. Once payment has been made, you will receive confirmation of your reservation.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

You can book as far in advance as you like. We understand the need to plan trips ahead of time, which is why we offer the greatest possible flexibility. You can book a tour 3 months in advance, 6 months in advance, or even a year in advance. The schedules are listed in the booking section for each tour. What does group price mean?

On our website, we have prices per person or per group. Prices per person are individual, each person will have to pay a fixed amount and therefore it is not cheaper if there are more people.

Group prices are the overall price for a group of 1 to 30 people maximum. If you are traveling with a family of 5, the group price will be the same as if there were 4 people. It is a fixed price for a group, so the more people in the group, the cheaper the amount to be paid per individual. For example: if a private tour costs approximately €170, the price will be the same for a group of 1 person (170:1 = €170/person), as for a group of 6 people (170:6 = €28.33 per person), as for a group of 29 people (170:29 = €5.86/person). This is a fixed price of €170 for a private group of between 1 and 30 people.

On private tours, the group is private, just for you and your loved ones. You won’t encounter any strangers.

How can I purchase tickets for the monuments?

When you pay for a tour on our website, you are booking a tour of the city or inside monuments with an expert guide in your language. Tickets for monuments are not included. Once you have booked your tour with us, you can purchase tickets online on the official websites of the monuments or, if you prefer, we can obtain them for you (at no additional cost; you will only pay the actual price of the ticket). What is the cancellation policy?

Customers will receive a full refund or credit when they cancel their activity at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your activity, you will be charged the full price.

This option is available for private tours, but for regular tours (joining a group) we do not have as much flexibility due to the diversity of the group and the opening hours of the monuments. What happens if I arrive late at the meeting point?

Regular tours usually depart on time. Private tours are more tailored to the customer.

Where is the meeting point to start the tour?

For private tours, we will pick you up at your hotel if it is located in the city center. Otherwise, we will be in contact and specify the meeting point a few days in advance.
For regular tours, the meeting point is detailed in the tour description.

What clothes should I wear on visits?

First and foremost, wear comfortable clothing. You should feel comfortable so that you can enjoy your visit and not feel tired or bothered by any part of your outfit. This is especially important during excursions, as they tend to be longer.

Seville is a city with narrow cobblestone sidewalks. You will notice this especially if you visit the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Therefore, it is advisable not to wear high or thin heels, as if you are not used to walking on streets like these, you may find it quite uncomfortable.

If you take a guided tour of Seville that includes visits to monuments, please bear in mind that Seville’s churches and cathedrals are sacred places of worship. For this reason, certain dress codes must be observed. During the summer months, beach sandals, mini shorts (very short pants), strapless tops, and, in the case of men, sleeveless shirts are not permitted. These rules apply to Seville and other cities in Andalusia and Spain.

How much should I tip the guide at the end of the tour?

Tipping after a job well done is a way of rewarding the professionalism and good work of the employee. It is a way of thanking our guide for their interest and dedication to us. It is a voluntary concept, but if you want to tip, you may often wonder how much is appropriate.

Between 5% and 15% per person, based on the price of the tour, is customary.
If your tour cost 100 euros, the tip would normally be between 5 euros and 15 euros per person (100 x 5% = 5 euros and 100 x 15% = 15 euros).

Of course, whether large or small, all tips are greatly appreciated. Everyone contributes what they can or want to.
