Las tapas son platos pequeños muy variados que mantienen la esencia de la cocina tradicional de Andalucía. Sin duda, es imprescindible en un viaje a Sevilla, degustar las famosas tapas de la región. Nuestro tour de tapas privado recrea la manera más tradicional de salir a comer en la ciudad y que por supuesto, continúa a la orden del día en sus ciudadanos.
Comenzaremos la visita a la hora del almuerzo o de la cena (opción que puede elegir al reservar el tour). Pasearemos por la encantadora zona de la ciudad vieja. En este área, visitaremos 3 bares diferentes donde los locales suelen ir, y degustaremos 4 tapas y 4 bebidas ( a elegir entre cerveza, vinos españoles o refrescos), mezclando tradición y modernidad. Aprenderemos sobre esos bares, sobre el tipo de comida que encontraremos en cada uno, sobre la historia y biografía del Chef y otras muchas curiosidades sobre la cultura culinaria de la ciudad.
Este tour de tapas privado tiene una duración aproximada de dos horas. Al ser privado, existe flexibilidad para adaptar la ruta a los gustos del grupo. Sería de gran utilidad también, mencionarnos si tienen alguna restricción alimenticia (vegetarianismo, veganismo, alergias, etc). De esta forma, podremos adaptarles la ruta para que no se pierdan esta tradición tan exquisita y arraigada en los ciudadanos de Sevilla y el resto de Andalucía.
Los idiomas en los que está disponible este tour de tapas privado son únicamente en inglés y en español. El número máximo de personas para reservar en un mismo tour es de 30. We were 4 friends who went on the Seville Tapas Tour and we all really loved it. Paco picked us up at our hotel and then took us to 4 different places (2 local Tapas places, the oldest bar in Spain and a bakery). All of the tastings were really delicious (both food and the special wine we got at the bar) and it was very nice just to try something local that we probably wouldn't have ordered ourselves. We also really enjoyed the company of Paco. He has a huge knowledge not only about food, but also about the history of Spain - so we had a our knowledge widely extended. As first I thought the tour was a bit expensive but when I realised that we were on a private tour that made the whole difference. Can only highly recommend this tour.
