We were in Seville during Semana Santa and wanted to be sure to hit the historical highlights during our 2 day stay. I coordinated with Susana through email to schedule a time to tour both the cathedral and Alcazar. Unfortunately, as it does happen during Semana Santa, the cathedral changed its schedule prior to our arrival. Jorge met us at our hotel and quickly began and engaging experience of Seville and the Alcazar. His story telling kept my children (age 12 and 15) engaged and interested. The architecture of the Alcazar is wonderfully beautiful. Jorge has some interesting knowledge of movies filmed at the Alcazar and provided some very interesting stories. He was very welcoming and was sure to find something interesting. He casually walked us through the Alcazar and the gardens and we finished walking through the Jewish Quarter back to our hotel. Similarly, he provided some wonderful stories to provide some context to our children and made the tour feel personal. We did not feel rushed nor was it paced too slowly. Just the right balance. Jorge was a wealth of knowledge and we enjoyed asking follow up questions which he always had a great response. I was very happy to have found this tour agency and would highly recommend them. Our private family tour was the right start for a magical time in Seville during Semana Santa. Regarding the cathedral tour, Susana helped us navigate acquiring tickets on our own another time that was convenient to our schedule. They also made some other great recommendations for us. Overall very happy to tour with them!
Our family of 5 had an unforgettable walking tour with Daniel. He met us at our hotel and led us to the Alcazar and Cathedral. He shared his wealth of knowledge of Spanish history and culture in a very pleasant and friendly manner. Every minute of the tour was very interesting, and it was so nice not to have to join the long lines of tourists waiting for entrance tickets to both of these sites. Economically, this is an excellent tour to book for a group of this size. Everyone loved it. I highly recommend reserving this tour with Daniel.
Elena arrived on time at our hotel. She was warm and friendly. We toured the Jewish quarter and skipped the long lines at the Cathedral and Alcazar (when you see how long the lines are you will be happy you booked a tour). Elena’s English is very good and her command of historical information was impressive. She also took many photos of us which was an added bonus
