It applies regardless of whether you use a mobile device, email, or telephone.<\/p>\n\n<p>By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>RATES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The prices offered for our services on the website may be per group or per person. Groups consist of between 1 and 30 customers (unless another number is specified). Unit prices may be fixed or vary depending on the number of people. Whether prices are per group or per person, this will be specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n<p>All prices shown initially correspond to the gross rates for the service. When making a reservation, an additional amount corresponding to VAT and administrative fees will be charged. In other words, the final payment when making the reservation consists of: service fee + administrative costs + VAT. All of them are broken down and specified prior to payment.<\/p>\n\n<p>Our rates are not fixed; they may vary throughout the year depending on the business situation and the sector. Similarly, the final price will always be specified prior to payment. Under no circumstances will price changes be retroactive.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Customers will receive a full refund or credit when they cancel their activity at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show up for your activity, you will be charged the full price.<br\/>Under no circumstances will the amount paid for us to purchase the Alc\u00e1zar tickets be refunded.<\/p>\n\n<p>Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
